  • HOW DO I STORE MY JEWELRY? The best way to keep your jewelry safe would be keeping it in its original box or storing it in an alternative cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat and sunlight may lead to a slight discoloration. Lastly, we also recommend you make sure to remove it before going to bed or before taking a shower/swim, as our jewelry is fragile.

  • HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY? A clean soft cloth will be everything you need to remove any fingerprints or dust off your jewelry piece.

  • HOW DO I REDUCE WEAR AND TEAR? We suggest trying to keep perfumes, sprays and lotions away from any type of jewelry. Please be aware that over time, exposure to moisture, acids, oils and air reacting with the metal in the jewellery may cause your posts or backs to become darker or tarnished. Rubbing a tiny amount of dish soap or baking soda on the posts with your finger or a soft damp cloth will help remove the thin layer of tarnish.

  • I HAVE BROKEN MY PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS® JEWELRY PIECE. WHAT DO I DO? We understand that accidents do happen! Perhaps we may be able to offer a solution and help you out! Send us an email at helllo@personalconversations.com and add a photo to help us understand better.

  • DO YOUR EARRINGS WEIGH A LOT? Not at all! Our earrings are very comfortable to wear, as they are skillfully made of high-quality lightweight materials. You get all the "Whoah!" with none of the "Oh"!

  • AN ITEM I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK“, WILL THERE BE A RE-STOCK SOON? If possible, we will try our best to make more of your beloved pieces! As you know, everything we make is hand-crafted from a precise selection of materials. Therefore, if these materials happen to be permanently sold out over time, we have to say goodbye to those pieces.

  • WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME? Our standard processing time is between 3-5 business days, but if time is of the essence, please send us an email and we will advice if possible.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Please be aware that viewing products on different device screens may give slight colour variations over which we have no control. Therefore, complaints regarding colour nuances will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    However, we gladly accept exchanges! Just contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 10 days of delivery.

    We do not accept returns or cancellations. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

    The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
    - custom or personalised items
    - worn items
    - items on sale
    - samples
    - limited edition items

    Conditions of return:
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    We, at PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS® value deeply each and every one of our customers and therefore have started a loyalty program, providing return customers with a unique code of -15% off their next purchase.

  • DELIVERY

    EU Express Postal Deliveries: Between 1 - 14 days, depending on location and force majeure COVID-19 related circumstances.

    International Express Postal Deliveries: Between 5 - 21 days, depending on location and force majeure COVID-19 related circumstances.

    PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS® is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by COVID-19 and/or other force majeure circumstances.

    PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS® is responsible for any loss or damage of your product due to transportation issues.

    Should an item not be delivered or be delivered damaged, please contact us via email.

    For damaged items we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
